Pril's local users and groups for windows (all versions)

There is no built-in utility in windows home/premium edition for managing local users and groups like in other versions of windows and it happens some day this drive me nuts :-) so I wrote clone of usual windows functionality that allows this operations, you can download it here. All basic options are included but some additional functionalities still waiting for implementation.

Comments are welcome, special if you can perform detailed test on windows 10 and/or 8.

  2. I included couple of other functionalities (taglines, outer ip), all described in help section. This connection is made because included outerip program determines external IP of computer - value is also shown within help at the bottom, this outerIP program is also available as stand alone, surce and/or exe is also available in my blog. I can exclude them also, if this is too distracting?

  3. I think the problem is that this is a behavior that might be indicitive of your program being malware (I'm not saying it is).

Especially with system administration tools, the keep it simple ideology is key, not only does it reduce bloat and coding difficulty, it always reduces risk to the end user.

Of course it seems like this program was just made as your own swiss army tool, but the page where you offer it does come up fairly high in searches for windows 7 premium local users and groups.
