Recently I need to check some files on server - but for such simple task I had to add new user etc.. I remembered that I already have solution for this: more than 15 years old file, written in classic ASP - and still works :-) and that is all I need. You can browse files, upload, download, view, etc - just basic operations but enough. You can just put it on any IIS folder without installation or any other settings. File is available here.
